Anyway, what follows is a VERY big list of cards I thought of myself 
over the years, some of them are kind of old and very similar cards 
have already been released, but I have included them for the sake of 
completion.

Flawless Ambush (action modifier, 3blood)
Only useable during an action to enter combat with a ready minion controlled by another methuselah. Opposing minion can not use "dodge" and/or "combat ends" effects as his or her first strike during the first round of the resulting combat. If the acting Assamite has a capacity above 7, the opposing minion can only use cards that require fortitude to prevent damage during the first round of the resulting combat.

Proper Rewards (u.master, 2pool)
Put this card in play. You may tap this card when an Assamite you control sends one of your preyīs vampireīs to torpor to give that Assamite 2 blood from the blood bank after combat ends. If an Assamite you control burns a vampire controlled by your prey, you may tap this card to give that vampire 3 blood after combat ends.

Brujah:

Renewed Anger (master oot, 1pool)
Put this card on any Brujah that is being sent to torpor. That Brujah gets +1strength and an additional +1strength against the minion that sent him to torpor after he leaves the torpor region or is rescued. Burn this card if that minion is burned or if the Brujah with this card is sent to torpor again.

Sidekick Ghouls (retainer, 3blood)
Ghoul with 3life.
The vampire with this retainer may choose to redirect the damage from all of the opposing minionīs strikeīs during a round of combat to his retainer. Whenever the vampire with this retainer hunts, this retainer gains 1life if it has under 3 life counters. A vampire may only have 1Sidekick Ghouls.

Gangrel:

Familiarity with the Wild (u.master, 1pool)
Put this card in play. Tap this card to give a Gangrel you control +1 intercept against an acting vampire if that vampire has the animalism discipline.

Harmony of the Beast (master, 2pool)
Put this card on any Gangrel you control that possesses the animalism discipline. The Gangrel with this card cannot be affected by cards that require animalism, even during combat, fot the remainder of the game.

Giovanni:

Usurer Wraith (ally 3pool)
Wraith with 3life, 1R damage, 0bleed.
Usurer Wraith is immune to damage that is not aggravated. This ally can spend life to pay for the cost in blood of any card that requires the necromancy discipline being used by a Giovanni. During your discard phase, for each card in your ash heap that you remove from the game, the Usurer Wraith regains a life counter. If a card being removed requires Giovanni to play, the Usurer Wraith regains 2 life counters.

Phylactery of the Soul (equipment, 1pool)
The vampire with this card may burn this card as a D action at +1stealth to gain 2 blood. If the vampire with this card burns another vampire controlled by your prey, put a soul counter from the blood bank on this card. When your prey is ousted from the game, you gain pool equal to the amount soul counters on this card and burn this card.

Lasombra:

Les Amis Noir (u.master 1pool)
Put this card in play. Once each turn during your minion phase, you may tap this card to tap a ready titled Lasombra you control to give a younger acting Lasombra +1stealth. If a ready Lasombra you control succesfully preforms an action that requires the obtenebration or dominate dicsiplines, you may tap this card to give that vampire 1blood from the blood bank.

The Castle of Shadows, Sicily (u.location 1pool)
You may tap this card when a Lasombra you control is leaving torpor to make that action unblockable. If a minion steals or burns this card, that minion goes to torpor or is burned, if he or she is an ally.

Malkavian:

Crazed Outburst (action modifier, no cost)
Only useable after your prey has succesfully blocked a bleed action this vampire was preforming. This vampire gains +2strength during his of her first strike during the resulting combat and +1strength during his or her other strikes during the first round of the resulting combat.

Malkavian Hate and Fear (u.master no cost)
Put this card in play. When a ready Malkavian you control attempts to block an action, you may flip a coin, if the result is heads, the blocking Malkavian gets +1intercept for the current action. If the result if tails, he gets -1intercept for the resulting action.

Nosferatu:

Subterranean Hunting Grounds (u.master, 1pool)
Put this card in play. You may tap this card when a Nosferatu you control attempts to hunt to make that action unblockable to vampires. During that action, the acting Nosferatu may only gain 1blood from the blood bank.

Putrefying Blood (u.master, 1pool)
Put this card on a ready Nosferatu you control. If the vampire with this card receives more than 2 damage during a round of combat he is involved in, that combat ends immediately after that round.

Ravnos:

Den of Thieves (u.location, 1pool)
When one of your preyīs or predatorīs minionīs succesfully preform an equip action, you may tap this card and pay 2pool to equip one of your ready Ravnos with that piece of equipment. The equipping minion must still pay the cost to equip and is tapped as if the action were successful. Not useable if the acting minion is equipping with a loquipment.

Madame Charlotte, Seer of Secrets (ally, 2pool)
Unique mortal with 2life, 1bleed, 0strength
You may tap Madame Charlotte and show X cards from your hand to your prey to make your prey show you 2X cards from his or her hand, or pay 2blood from one of his or her vampires.

Toreador:

Inspiring Artist (ally, 3pool)
Unique mortal with 2life, 1bleed, 0strength
During each of your master phases, you may put an art counter on the Inspiring Artist. You may tap the Inspiring Artist during your minion phase and burn X art counters on him to tap a vampire your prey controls, where X is the capacity of that vampire.

Antique Auction (master, no cost)
Chose a piece of unique equipment you control and burn it to gain X+1 pool, where X is the cost of that equipment. You may pay 2 pool to choose a piece of unique equipment controlled by your prey or predator.

Tremere:

The Pyramid of Power (u.master, 1pool)
Put this card in play. Whenever a Tremere succesfully preforms an action that requires the thaumaturgy or dominate disciplines, put a pyramid counter on him. Tap this card and burn 7 pyramid counters on a Tremere to increase his or her capacity by one and bring him to full capacity.

The Durham Chantry (u.location, 2pool)
Tap this card and burn 1pool to make an action that requires the thaumaturgy discipline unblockable.

Tzimisce:

The Cathedral of Flesh (u.equipment location, 3blood)
The Tzimisce with this equipment location receives +2 intercept on D actions against him or her and any minion opposing him or her in combat suffer 1additional point of damage during strike resolution on the first round of combat.

The Return of Mekhet (u.master, 1pool)
Put this card in play. Any ready Tzimisce with capacity above 4 you control may burn one blood during your master phase to tap a location controlled by another methuselah. Any methuselah may burn this card by burning a vampire they control with capacity above 4 during their master phase. Only 1 Return of Mekhet may be played during the game.

Ventrue:

Corrupt Judge (ally, 3pool)
Unique mortal with 2life, 2bleed, 0strength
Tap the Corrupt Judge and burn 1pool to tap any ready camarilla vampire that has no title controlled by your predator or prey.

Intra-Clan Meeting (u.master, 1pool)
Put this card in play. Whenever you successfully call a political action, you may tap this card and tap a ready Ventrue you control before any votes are cast to allow only Ventrue to cast votes during the referendum. Any other methuselah may burn 1pool and tap a vampire with capacity above that of the Ventrue you tapped to burn this card.

Now for the Discipline Cards, again in alphabetical order:

Animalism:

Vermin Swarm (retainer, 2blood)
Animal with 2life.
I)The vampire with this retainer prevents 1damage each combat.
S)As above, but this retainer has 3life.

Mass Summons (action, 4blood)
Requires a vampire with capacity above 7.
I)Each minion controlled by your prey or predator takes 1point of unpreventable damage if this action is successful.
S)Each minion controled by your prey or predator takes 2points of unpreventable damage if this action is successful and this vampireīs capacity is above theirs.

Auspex:

The Dreaming (reaction, no cost)
Unly useable by a vampire in torpor during a D action against this vampireīs controller or another of his minions.
I)This vampire may attempt to block the current action.
S)As above, with +1intercept.

Precognition (action, 2blood)
Put this card on the acting vampire.
I)This vampire may burn this card to attempt to block any action by any minion.
S)As above, but with +1intercept.

Celerity:

The Hand is Faster than the Eye (action modifier, 2blood)
Only useable during an equip action.
I)The current action becomes unblockable.
S)As above, and this vampire may burn an additional blood to untap at the end of your turn.

Sworn to Protect (action modifier, 1blood)
Only useable when another acting minion you control has been blocked. Untap that minion and tap this vampire instead.
I)This vampire now enters combat with the blocking minion.
S)As above, with an optional maneuver.

Chimerstry:

Permanency (action, 3blood)
A vampire can have only 1Permanency.
I)Put this card on the acting vampire and choose another card that requires the chimerstry dicipline from your hand. Place the chosen card on this vampire as well. Once during each of your turns for the remainder of the game, this vampire may use the inferior ability on the chosen card. The chosen cardīs cost, if any, must still be payed each time.
S)As above, but this vampire may choose to burn both cards to use the superior ability of the chosen card.

Fatuus Mastery (action, 2blood)
Put this card on the acting vampire. A vampire can have only 1Fatuus Mastery.
I)This vampire may now pay one less blood cost to pay for any card that requires the chimerstry discipline.
S)As above, with +1stealth.

Dementation:

Kiss of the Moon (reaction, 1blood)
Only useable after a minion has successfully preformed a recruit ally action. Put this card on that ally.
I)That ally only untaps during his or her untap phase if this vampire is unttaped at that time as well.
S)As above, and if this vampire goes to torpor, that ally does not untap until this vampire leaves torpor.

Babel (action modifier/reaction, 1blood)
Only useable during a referendum.
I)Vampires with superior dementation may burn 1blood to gain 1vote during this referendum.
S)As above, but vampires with inferior dementation may burn blood as well.

Dominate:

Puppet Master (action, 4blood)
Choose a younger ready vampire controlled by your prey and put this card on that vampire.
I)During each of your minion phases, this vampire may burn 2blood to tap the vampire with this card.
S)As above, and this vampire gets +1intercept when attempting to block the vampire with this card.

Tranquility (reaction, 1blood)
Only useable when combat between any 2 ready younger vampires is about to begin.
I)Combat ends before range is determined. Tap this vampire.
S)As above, but this vampire does not tap.

Fortitude:

Invulnerability (action, 3blood)
Put this card on the acting vampire.
I)The vampire with this card may burn it when entering combat to prevent all damage from all sources for the remainder of that combat.
S)As above, but with +1stealth.

Martyr (reaction, 1blood)
Only useable if another minion you control has just blocked an action. Untap the blocking minion and tap this vampire.
I)This vampire enters combat with the blocking minion instead.
S)As above, but this vampire may prevent 1damage during the resulting combat.

Necromancy:

Spirit Harassment (action, 2blood)
Put this card on any ready minion. Burn this card if this minion goes to torpor or is burned.
I)The minion with this card takes 1point of damage during each of his or her untap phases. The minion with this card may burn it as a D action as +1stealth.
S)As above, but burn this card only when this acting vampire or the minion with this card enters torpor or is burned.

Sea of Souls (action, 2blood)
Put this card in play.
I)Whenever a vampire you control successfully preforms an action that requires the necromancy discipline, any of your ready vampires with the necromancy discipline may pay for itīs cost in blood instead.
S)As above, and you may burn this card during your untap phase to gain 1pool.

Obfuscate:

Create Name (action, 3blood)
Put this card on the acting vampire.
I)The vampire with this card is not considered unique and does not contest. He or she loses any title and cannot gain any new title.
S)As above, but with +1stealth.

Cloak (action, 2blood)
Put this card on the acting vampire. Any other vampire with superior auspex may burn one blood to burn this card as a D action.
I)When this vampire is acting, any inercept generated by cards that require auspex gained by minions attemting to block this vampire is not considered effective.
S)As above, but with +1stealth.

Mental Maze (action, no cost)
This action is at +1stealth. Put this card on a ready minion controlled by your predator or prey. Any other vampire may burn this card as a D action.
I)The vampire with this card may never gain more than +1stealth during his or her actions.
S)As above, and the vampire with this card must burn 1blood each time he gains +1stealth.

Confusion of the Eye (action modifier, 1blood)
Only useable by a ready untapped vampire you control other than the action minion when a blocking attempt is successfull against that minion.
I)That blocking attempt now fails. The blocking minion may not attempt to block this action again. Tap this vampire and the blocking minion.
S)As above, but this vampire may pay an additional blood to not tap.

Conceal (action, 2blood)
This action is at +1stealth. Choose an untapped location you control and put this card on that location.
I)The location with this card may not be affected by D actions, political actions or chosen during the wording of a referendum. Each time you tap the location with this card, any methuselah may burn 1blood from any ready vampire he or she controls to gain a D action to burn this card during his or her next minion phase.
S)As above, but you may put this card on any untapped location.

Obtenebration:

Abyssal Pathways (action modifier, 1blood)
I)Minions without the obtenebration discipline get -1intercept when attempting to block this action. Not useable during a political action.
S)As above, and this vampire may end combat before range is determined if this action is blocked. If he or she does so, place this card on the blocking minion. Burn this card during that minionīs controlerīs next master phase to tap that minion.

Tchernabog (action, 3blood)
Put this card in play and choose a methuselah.
I)The chosen methuselahīs minionīs get -1stealth on each of their actions if they do not possess the obtenebration discipline. Any vampire controlled by that methuselah may burn this card as a D action at +1stealth.
S)As above, but only minions with superior obtenebration are not affected by this card.

Potence:

Giant Strength (action, 1blood)
Put this card on the acting vampire.
I)The vampire with this card may now destroy equipment as a strike that costs one blood once per combat.
S)As above, but with +1stealth.

Superior Strength (combat, no cost)
Only useable before range is determined
I)If this vampire has inferior potence, his or her next potence card played can be used at the superior level.
S)The next potence card played by this vampire costs 2 less blood to play.

Presence:

Love (action, 2blood)
This action is at +1stealth. Choose another ready vampire you control and put this card on that vampire.
I)From now on you may trade blood between this acting vampire and the vampire with this card during your untap phase if both of them are ready. They also receive +1stealth when attempting to rescue each other from torpor. If one of these vampires is burned, tap the other one. That other vampire must now burn 1blood to untap during each of his or her untap phases for the remainder of the game.
S)As above, and if one of these vampires successfully hunts, the other may hunt at +1stealth during the same turn.

Heart of the City (action, 2blood)
This action is at +1stealth. Put this card on any location you control. Burn this card if the acting vampire goes to torpor or is burned.
I)The location with this card cannot be affected by or named during the wording of any referendum.
S)As above, and vampires attempting D actions against the location with this card must burn 1additional blood.

Protean:

Dual Form (action, 3pool,2blood)
I)This acting vampire is reduced to half of his or her capacity (round up) and this card becomes a non-unique vampire of the same clan as the acting one with capacity equal to half of the acting oneīs (rounded down). The original vampire retaines his or her special abilities and title, if any. You may choose wich vampire receives the originalīs master cards, equipment and retainers. Both have all the disciplines of the original vampire, but only at inferior.
S)As above, but the original vampire may retain any disciplines he had at the superior level.

Gift of Proteus (action modifier/combat, no cost)
I)Only useable during an action that requires protean. Reduce the blood cost of that action to zero. Any cost in pool is still payed.
S)As above, but ths card may be used in combat to reduce the blood cost of another card that requires protean to zero.

Quietus:

Leech (action modifier, no cost)
Only useable during a hut action.
I)+2 stealth
S)As above, and if this action is succesfull, this acting vampire gains an additional blood.

Blood Essence (combat, no cost)
Only useable after burning the opposing vampire in combat.
I)This vampire gains blood from the blood bank equal to half the opposing vampireīs capacity (round down). You may go through your hand, library and ash heap to find a Master Discipline card and place it on this vampire. Reshuffle your library afterwards. This is considered diablerie.
S)As above, but this vampire gains blood equal to the opposing vampireīs full capacity.

Thaumaturgy:

Evil Eye (action, 1blood)
This action is at +1stealth. Choose a vampire controlled by your prey or predator and put this card on that vampire. That vampire may burn this card as a D action.
I)Choose 1discipline possessed by the vampire with this card. That vampire must burn 1additional blood to play cards that require that discipline.
S)As above, but you may choose up to 2disciplines possessed by the vampire with this card.

Cantradict (reaction, 2blood)
Only useable as an acting younger vampire declares his action.
I)You may choose the exact wording of the acting vampireīs action as long as it still affects the same methuselah and/or his or her minions.
S)As above, but you may choose to affect another methuselah and/or his or her minions if the action allows it.

Vicissitude:

Human Testudo (equipment, 1blood)
Burn a reatiner or ally in play that you control when this card is brought into play.
I)The vampire with this equipment may prevent 1damage each combat.
S)As above, and this vampire may burn this card as an action to gain 3blood.

Entrail Saraband (combat, 2blood)
Only useable at close range before strikes are determined.
I)This vampire inflicts 1additional damage to the opposing minion each round of this combat.
S)Choose a weapon possessed by this vampire. The opposing minion takes Xadditional damage each round of this combat, where X is the damage inflicted by the chosen weapon. This vampire cannot use the weapon for his strikes during this combat.

The Maiden of Plagues

Independent. The Maiden cannot block or preform D actions. While she is ready, you gain 1pool each time a younger vampire is influenced. You may tap the Maiden to give a blocking minion -1intercept during any action. The Maiden can end combat before range is determined by burning 1blood.

Follower of Set Clan Cards

The Fire Court (u.location, 2pool)
Setite Court. During your untap phase, if you control this card and Neferu and she is ready and untapped, you may give 1blood from the blood bank to any ready vampire. Tap the Fire Court during your master phase to put a lore counter on it from the blook bank. Tap the Fire Court and burn X lore counters on it during your minion phase to take control of any ready, untapped minion until the end of your turn with X or less blood or life counters on him or her. The controller of the chosen minion gains 1pool from the blood bank if you do so. This card costs an additional pool for each other Setite Court you control.

The Dream Court (u.location, 1pool)
Setite Court. If you control The Maiden of Plagues and this card, The Maiden cannot be targetted by D actions and any master card played on her by another methuselah costs an additional pool. When one of your Followers of Set successfully blocks an action, you may tap the Dream Court to add a dream counter to the blocked minion. During a minionīs untap phase, you may burn X dream counters on him or her (where X is the capacity of that minion or his cost in pool or blood) to send him or her to torpor or to burn him or her if he or she is an ally. This card costs an additional pool for each other Setite Court you control.

The Court of Bone and Ash (u.location, 2pool)
Setite Court. Tap this card during your minion phase to allow a Follower of Set you control to take an action at +1stealth to gain a relic counter. Vampires with capacity below X cannot block a Follower of Set with X relic counters on him or her. This card costs an additional pool for each other Setite Court you control.

The Court of Steel and Sky (u.location, 1pool)
Setite Court. Tap this card during any methuselahīs influence phase to either give or remove a transfer from that methuselah. This card costs an additional pool for each other Setite Court you control.

The Court of Miracles (u.location, 2pool)
Setite Court. Tap this card during your influence phase to add a blood from the blood bank to Follower of Set in your uncontrolled region. This card costs an additional pool for each other Setie Court you control.

Blood Cult (u.location, 2pool)
During each of your master phases, you may move a blood from the blood bank to this card. Tap this card to burn some or all of the blood on it to pay for the cost in blood or pool torecuit an ally or employ a retainer when one of your minions successfully does so. Any vampire controlled by your prey or predator can take a D action to burn all the blood on this card.

Eternal of Sothis (master, 1pool)
Put this card an a ready Follower of Set you control with capacity above 6. the vampire with this card gets an additional vote and his or her capacity increases by 1. A vampire can have only 1 Eternal of Sothis card on him or her.

Corrupt Soul Ritual (master oot, 1pool)
Put this card on a location you control when that location is being stolen or control of that location is changing. The methuselah who now controls this location is affected by this card. During each of that methuselahīs untap phases for the remainder of the game, you may add a corruption counter to any ready minion he or she controls. When the number of corruption counters on a minion equals or exeeds that vampierīs capacity or that allyīs cost in blood or pool, you may burn all corruption counters on him or her to gain control of that minion.

Agent of Prophecy (u.master, 1pool)
Put this card on any ready Follower of Set. Each time the vampire with this card successfully preforms an action, you gain 1pool. Each time the vampire with this card is blocked, he or she takes 1unpreventable damage before combat begins.

Setite Network (u.master, 1pool)
Put this card in play. Tap this card to untap any other location card that is tapped. You may not use this card to untap loquipment.

Typhonīs Brew (equipment, no cost)
The Follower of Set with this equipment may burn it during his or her untap phase to gain 2blood from the blood bank. He or she may also burn this card to reduce the cost of a successfull employ retainer action by 2pool or blood if the retainer is a mortal, ghoul, or animal.

The Book of Coming Forth by Night (u.equipment, 1pool)
The vampire with this equipment gains superior serpentis. If he or she is a Follower of Set, he or she gains +1stealth when preforming an action that requires the serpentis discipline.

Seal of the gates of Blood (u.equipment, 1pool)
The Follower of Set with this equipment gains 1blood from the blook bank during each of his or her controllerīs master phases.

Linked Soul Elixir (u.equipment, no cost)
When a Follower of Set equips with this equipment, choose another ready vampire with the same controller as him or her. When the vampire with this equipment gains intercept during an action, the chosen vampire also gains the same amount of intercept.

Warding Cippus (u.equipment, 3pool)
When the acting Follower of Set successfully equips with this equipment, send him or her to torpor and choose 2 disciplines. No card requiring the chosen dicsiplines may affect or be used against the Follower of Set with this equipment. Potence, Celerity and Fortitude may not be chosen.

Hybrid Mummy (ally, 2pool)
Mummy.
Choose an ally or vampire in your ash heap and put that minion card on this card. This ally has life, bleed and strength equal to that of the chosen ally. If the chosen minion is a vampire, this ally has life equal to half that vampireīs capacity (round down), bleed and strength equal to the chosen vampireīs. This ally has whatever special abilities (but not titles or dicsiplines) the minion that was chosen has. This ally only untaps once every other turn during his untap phase. Mummy and Bane Mummy allies cannot be chosen by this card.

Saatet-Ta, The Darkener of Earth (ally, 3pool)
Unique Bane Mymmy with 3life, 1bleed, 1strength.
Saatet-Ta can take a D action at +1stealth to put a darkening counter on a location controlled by another methuselah. If a location has darkening counters equal to or exeeding itīs blood or pool cost, untap that location and gain control of it. If Saatet-Ta is burned, reshuffle her into your library instead.

Hemhemti the Roarer (ally, 4pool)
Unique Bane Mummy with 3life, 1bleed, 2strength.
You may tap Hemhemti during any combat that does not involve him to end that combat before range is determined. If the minions involved in that combat are allies or vampires with capacity below 4, they suffer 1point of unpreventable damage. Minions opposing Hemhemti in combat must pay 1additional blood to play combat cards. If Hemhemti sends an opposing vampire to torpor when in combat with him, that vampire does not untap as normal during his or her next untap phase. If Hemhemti is burned, reshuffle him into your librrary instead.

Hau-Hra of the Backward Face (ally, 3pool)
Unique Bane Mummy with 3life, 1bleed, 2strength.
Minions attempting to block Hau-Hra must burn 1blood or life. As a D action, Hau-Hra can inflict 1damage (not preventable) to a minion controlled by your prey or predator. If Hau-Hra is untapped during your untap phase, tap him. If he is tapped, untap him as normal. If hau-hra is burned, reshuffle him into your library instead.

Ancient Bubasti Slave (ally, 4pool)
Werecat ghoul with 3life, 0bleed, 1strength.
The Bubasti Slave gets one optional maneuver each combat and may dodge as a strike once each combat. During your untap phase, the Bubasti Slave gets 1life if below 3life. During your master phase, add a scarab counter to the Bubasti Slave if he has none. You may tap the Bubasti Slave and burn a scarab counter on him to reduce a bleed against any methuselah by 1.

The Typhonean Beast (ally, 5pool)
Ghoul with 5life, 0bleed, 3strength.
The Typhonean Beast can use cards that require inferior serpentis as a vampire of capacity 5. Any cost in blood is payed with his life. If a card would give him blood, give him life instead. During your untap phase, he gains 1life if below 5life. During your master phase, a ready Follower of Set you control must burn 1blood or you must burn the Typhonean Beast. The Typhonean Beast can prevent 1damage each combat and gets an optional press each combat. When a ready Follower of Set you control is blocked, you may untap that Follower of Set and tap the Typhonean Beast to enter combat with the blocking minion instead. The Typhonean Beast cannot block actions that vampires cannot block.

When this retainer is brought into play, the Follower of Set that emplyos it burns X blood. The crocodile inflicts 1damage to the opposing minion during strike resolution each round of combat. Once per combat, the Follower of Set with this retainer may redirect any or all the damage from an opposing minionīs strike to this retainer. During your master phase, you may burn 1blood from the Follower of Set with this retainer to give him 1life.
